This is my first time buying this; I plan to make crispy fried oyster mushrooms.
The oyster mushrooms (oyster mushrooms) had a great texture, no unpleasant mushroomy smell, and were absolutely delicious. I used half of them in acqua pazza.
Half of box is not fresh. Moisture and smell is no good.
I would buy this one again because of the size for the price.
Stir-fry in a dry pan, then add a little olive oil, minced garlic, and salt, and it's ready to eat.
