It was delicious. It lasts a long time if you wrap it in paper towels, so I was glad there was a lot in the package.
Large and fresh items arrived.
The yam was very fresh; sliced and added to the soup with vegetables, it was very nutritious.
I grated it and put it on udon noodles, and it was delicious.
All items were weighed correctly this time. Very good.
Very fresh, thank you~ It's quite big, no need to go out.
Very good
I bought it on sale, cut it into pieces, and froze it.
These fresh, crisp yams, which I've bought countless times, are still top-notch! They're uniformly thick, make a satisfying "crunch" sound when peeling, and are juicy and sticky (remember to wear gloves!). Sliced thinly and stir-fried with wood ear mushrooms, they're crisp, sweet, and have a better chewiness than regular yams. They're delicious no matter how you cook them!
Yams are expensive in America, but Weee! seems like a good deal because it contains lots of fresh yams.

Chopped yam topped with Kuzefuku nameko mushrooms and quail eggs is absolutely delicious.
There were three pieces, each about 15 centimeters long. It's good value for money, but there's so much that I'm worried about being able to eat it all while it's fresh, so I'll probably be having yam dishes every day. I've been eating it sliced with bonito flakes and dashi soy sauce, and also in tororo soba (buckwheat noodles with grated yam). It seems like it can be frozen, so I'll cut it up and put it in the freezer as soon as possible.
These are surprisingly impressive yams from Hokkaido. They are sticky, white yams, and taste just as delicious as the ones you'd buy in a Japanese supermarket. I think it's a great deal to be able to buy yams like these at this price.
A delight
I've bought this multiple times and I like that the vacuum packaging prevents the cut from tearing.
I've repurchased this product multiple times and I appreciate the clean cut from the vacuum packaging.
Looking fresh
I made mentaiko tororo udon. It's convenient because you can grate it and freeze it. I'll definitely buy it again.
I've ordered Japanese yam more than 10 times, but lately, the yam has been very thin, and it's not even fresh, and it's breaking... I've even received yam that's turned a reddish color... Please improve the quality of your products!!!!
This is a delicious Japanese yam. I grate it and eat it with soy sauce and wasabi.
