After 2 weeks, all I'm growing is mold.

After buying them, I refrigerated them for a few weeks before remembering I wanted to grow mushrooms. I took them out, sprayed them with water, and covered them with a plastic bag to create a humid environment, but after three weeks nothing happened. I decided to put them in the yard and let them grow on their own, and after a rain, the mushrooms sprouted! I immediately made a small bowl of noodles with them. Haha, so happy!
I received it, sprayed water on the top, and started sprouting the next day. Then, seeing them everywhere, I cut off the top membrane. The mushroom growth rate is quite high; I just don't know if it will produce a second crop.
It's quite big, but I don't know how to plant it.

One fresh shiitake mushroom log (you'll need to water it yourself to grow the mushrooms). I've grown oyster mushroom logs at home before, but this time I'm trying shiitake mushroom logs to experience the joy of cultivation. The log that arrived was long and thick. Take it out, place it on a tray with water, and cover it with 1-2 damp cloths. The ideal humidity for cultivation is 60% to 70%. Place it in a humid location, avoiding direct sunlight; natural indoor light is sufficient. Once the mushrooms start sprouting, increase the watering frequency to about four to six times a day.
