My mom is from Yangzhou. I was thinking how nice it would be for someone from Jiangnan to eat Jiangnan-style breakfast in the US! There were six buns in total. I steamed three, and put the remaining three in a food bag in the freezer for later use—quite convenient! The shepherd's purse flavor is also quite fragrant! My mom's teeth can't handle these anymore. These buns were steamed for 8 minutes and were soft and fluffy—pretty good!
