Shredded wood ear mushrooms are delicious, crispy, and very convenient. They are already shredded so I don't have to spend time and effort cutting them into strips. I use them to stir-fry all kinds of dishes. I like them very much and will buy them again.

These rare wood ear mushrooms are delicious!
It's a large bag, so it needs to be soaked for a while. The pieces are rather flat, but they have a very crisp and refreshing texture when you bite into them.
It doesn't have the texture of a typical oyster mushroom that I thought of.

I don’t know how many times I’ve had malatang and xiangguo.First of all, the amount is incredible.. I've bought dozens of other ingredients, but this one is still in place... haha.But you shouldn’t think of Korean wood ear mushrooms. It feels a little more chewy and tough. Personally, I prefer Korean, so -1 point.
