I love it and I will buy it again
I bought some mochi because I was craving it after a long time. I wish the price was a little lower, though.
this has been fun to add to various stir frys, instantly makes it a little more filling
I like eating zenzai. for my skin azuki and mochi for BK. 2 to 3 times a week. cut one mochi in 8 pieces and make 2 small bowls of zenzai. This lasts quite a long time.
Read the instructions carefully and find a good recipe. Really shelf stable and handy.

Sato's Kirimochi is consistently delicious. It has cuts in it, so I cut it into small pieces and give it to my kids or put it in a hot pot.
They're exactly the same as the ones sold in Japan. They're individually packaged, pre-scored, and delicious, so I buy them every year. I appreciate the thoughtful touch of having the expiration date written on each one.

Take it out of the freezer and thaw it for 30 minutes according to the instructions, cut it into small cubes, and slowly roast it in a frying pan over low heat without using oil. The outer layer will be roasted golden like roasted marshmallows, very crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside. It tastes good with red bean paste, condensed milk, osmanthus sauce, and chocolate sauce. You can also try salty seaweed or hot sauce...
