Since they are stored frozen, the texture may be hard if eaten immediately, so please take them out and let them sit at room temperature for a while before eating to enjoy a chewy texture. They are not overly sweet. The downsides are that the mochi are shipped flattened, and there isn't as much chocolate filling as I expected.

What a delicious product!! I saw so many good reviews, and I've decided to give it a try. OMG! This is so good, and I love the chewy but tender Mochi like texture Because of higher fiber content, it fills me quicker than just eating plain white rice. It is very satisfying and has no grassy smell like brown rice. It definitely has more umami. How to cook is super easy as well. Prepare 2 cups of washed rice to the rice cooker with the water filled to labeled 2 just like normal rice cooking process. Then add 2 packages of this and an additional 200ml of water to the rice cooker and switch on and ta-da! Delicious rice will be made. I loved it so much that i will be buying more in the futures
