The small individual packets are very convenient. There are four packets in total. They taste like sponge cake, but I can't make them into thick pancakes like the ones in the picture.

I wouldn't have known Ube pancake mix exists otherwise. I mixed water egg and a small amount of vinegar until the mix consistency is thick liquid but not lumpy and pan fried it and kind of had to adjust the heat from high heating up the oil to medium low to prevent it from burning. Flipping it was a bit messy but managed to make a whole pancake with a side of sliced hot dogs and saute onions. Thank you all immensely.
It’s bitter and the color is pigmented. I won’t repurchase.
