It's a large bag, containing lots of squid pieces, shrimp, mussels, and a few squid rings—all very fresh. I used the whole bag to make a big pot of seafood rice. It's very convenient and delicious, and the kids loved it. I'll definitely buy it again.

The mixed seafood dish mostly consisted of the head section of octopus tentacles, along with two large squid rings, and other items such as shrimp and mussels. The percentages were also listed in the description. I personally thought it was pretty good; it was all real seafood without any artificial additives, which was excellent!
