I bought it to try making beef noodles for the first time.
After boiling, rinse with cold water and mix with a little oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Sauté the lobster in butter and garlic, then mix in the noodles. It's very sticky!
The noodles are fragrant and chewy, very delicious.
Looks good, valid until June 27, 2027.
It goes very well with beef noodles, I would buy it again.
You can use it to make Guanmiao beef noodles; the whole family loves it.
This is my second purchase. I made clear beef noodle soup. I like that the edges of their lace noodles don't get mushy when cooked.

Red amaranth sprouts are very tender. They taste great simply stir-fried.
I’m very satisfied with the bunch of fresh and lovely amaranth I received. Amaranth is a highly nutritious food. I’m happy that I can get this vegetable from Weee. Here it’s prepared with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and coconut cream. I cooked it together with Malabar spinach ( also purchased from Weee). It was served with steamed rice, fried smelts and eggplant. Supper was healthy and delicious.
