Bamboo shoot lovers rejoice! The soaked young bamboo shoots are tender with a slight crunch, absolutely delicious.
Prepare these four ingredients and stir-fry with shredded ginger. It's delicious with rice. Bamboo shoot cans are cheap and easy to stock up on. It's also great with beef tripe.

My husband likes it, so I always keep it on hand. Apparently, his favorite is actually Momoya's bamboo shoot pickles, but this product is cheaper and tastier, so he prefers this one in America.

The flavor is perfectly balanced, and the bamboo shoots have such a fragrant aroma. It’s delicious on its own, but paired with noodles, it’s absolutely addictive!
