This is a product I buy often, and I really like that they are individually packaged.
Mackerel is nutritious and delicious, so I buy it often and have repurchased it many times. Cooking it is very convenient. Simply rinse and scrape off any remaining black membrane from the fish meat, marinate it briefly with seasonings to your liking, and then bake it directly in a small oven. (Reference: 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 17 minutes)
It tastes good and is convenient because it's individually packaged, so I keep ordering it.

I ordered the food while traveling, thinking I would be home on time, but my flight was delayed by two hours. So when I got home, the food had been out for too long. I cooked it on the spot, but it was no longer fresh. It was such a waste, I had to throw it away.

The fish fillets were tiny...the four slices weren't as big as in the picture...a little disappointing...hopefully delicious...if not, I won't buy again...
