Fresh and big duck
Maple Leaf Farms' all-natural whole duck is a well-known premium duck product from North America. It uses White Pekin Ducks raised on family farms in Indiana, USA, renowned for their tender, flavorful meat with no gamey taste. It includes offal and neck. I used this duck to make salt-baked duck and char siu duck, both incredibly delicious.
The duck meat is delicious and doesn't have a strong odor.
Worth buying, it's cheap.
The duck was first braised and then roasted. Half of it was seasoned with roasted meat and chili, and the other half was left plain. It was so fragrant and delicious.

The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.
I love roasted duck
The size is just right, not too fatty or too lean, suitable for both salted duck and braised duck.
It's smaller than I expected. It's the perfect size for two people. The skin was a bit thick, so it was hard to eat. Or maybe it needs to be baked until crispier. There is no smell.
