This is always so tasty, this is my favorite brand of Mabo Tofu
I'd never had this dish before. I used some fried tofu instead of regular, and ground pork. It was so good and flavorful, not spicy. Added the tofu at the end so it wouldn't get mushy. The box made a small amount, enough for 2 people. I was sad I only purchased one box! Well inside the box is a bag with liquid. I will def purchase again.

I bought it for the first time because it happened to be on sale. (Authentic mapo tofu is too spicy for me ) I cautiously tried the "spicy" version, but it wasn't spicy at all, which was a bit of a letdown . In other words, it was a mapo tofu mix adapted to Japanese tastes. I might buy it again if it's on sale?
