The rich, thick broth and the fragrant, non-irritating chili oil are exactly what I've always wanted for a clear, spicy broth! The noodles are springy and chewy, almost like rice noodles. The included vegetable packet contains crunchy lotus root, potatoes, bamboo shoots, and wood ear mushrooms—all of good quality. For the two of us, we added enoki mushrooms, dried bamboo shoots, tofu skin rolls, pea sprouts, squid balls, and sliced meat. Every ingredient absorbed the flavor of the broth perfectly. It's perfect as a mini hot pot for two! I'll definitely buy it again!
