This was a hit in our house, and the are no photos before people starting eating it If you’ve never had mackerel it is a fish that smells strongly of fish. The bag came with six long mackerel that are clean and cook up quickly from frozen. The fish is oily so you don’t need much oil and it gets really tasty and crispy.

Wash and dry with kitchen paper, then slowly pan-fry over low heat. The meat is tender and delicious, but it has a very strong fishy smell, probably because I didn't add any seasoning.
