I ordered this apple because I thought it was a popular pink-fleshed apple. The outside looked like a green apple, but the skin was a light yellow to pink, and the inside was also a deep pink and sweet. The ones with a lot of pink tasted more like Gala apples, while the ones with a green apple-like appearance tasted more like Granny Smith apples.

A couple of things to keep in mind—the skin is red and not yellow (so it's Lucy Rose not Lucy Glo), some apples have less red pigment throughout its flesh, and every apple I received had some minor bruising. Nevertheless, a fun and tasty fruit for apple lovers.
