Big packet of dahi
I used to buy only whole milk yogurt. This time I bought the low fat as it was on sale. We eat yogurt everyday in some form like Lassi, Raita, Mor Kuzhambu, Mor koottu, Mor kali, Yogurt rice or in some other dish or as such. This is the main source of Protein and Calcium for us.

Trying low fat version for the first time. Generally like this brand, One of the best Indian style dahi out there. It is not slimy like some other brands.
