My favorite is the Longgang chicken from Weee. It's marinated in salt and ginger for 4 hours, then stuffed with chicken drumstick mushrooms, scallions, and ginger. Line the bottom of the rice cooker with sliced scallions, ginger, and mushrooms. After cooking, press the "cook" button, then press it again or the "steam" button for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped scallions, minced ginger, a little salt, and hot oil. Enjoy!

This time it is bigger than before. When I clean it, I can feel that the bones are hard, the meat is tight and the skin is thick. After slow-cooking in a casserole for 3 hours, the meat is fragrant and the soup is delicious, and the chicken skin and chicken feet are chewy.
