Squid cooked in Thai noodle soup is delicious.
This pusit (squid) turned out amazing when we cooked it as adobo! The squid was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with that classic adobo taste. It’s a delicious dish that goes so well with rice and is one of our family favorites. Simple, comforting, and full of flavor!
They came nicely packaged and solidly frozen. I was only cooking for myself so I removed just 3 to thaw out and cook. Squid seemed very fresh with firm flesh and good color. I only used salt and pepper and cooked in a bit of oil. They tasted good. I’m planning on adding a little red pepper spice to my next batch. By the way, I wasn’t really sure about the squid row as I’ve never had them before. It was pleasant enough but not something I might actually crave. I would reorder this again.
