How do you guys deal with this? I originally thought I could just throw it in a hot pot or air fryer, and I was just going to give it a quick wash, but I found the ink bag was still inside.

Steamed squid with ginger fish sauce. Perfect pair with beer!
They're bigger than the ones sold in restaurants, each one has eggs, and they seem fairly fresh. A pack contains about ten (there might be two or three smaller ones). I bought several packs while they were on sale. If you're going to stir-fry them, blanch them in hot water for 30 seconds first. If you're going to deep-fry them, poke some small holes in the bellies with a toothpick, gently scrape them a couple of times with a knife, and coat them with flour to prevent all the eggs from bursting out.
The squid looks big; steamed and served with ginger fish sauce looks delicious.
I used the dry pot seasoning I bought at the same time, stir-fried it with scallions, ginger, and garlic, and it was so delicious! It just took some time to clean off the outer coating, and it shrank a little after stir-frying. I would buy it again.
