The sauce is well balanced (bit spicier than others) and there's more than enough to fully coat the noodles for flavor, closest to restaurant quality at home. Nori/sesame seeds packet is also better portioned than others to add savoriness. Add some cucumbers, an egg, drizzle sesame oil and voila!
