I bought the rice noodles to make fried puffed rice noodles. However, since they were frozen, they didn't puff up as nicely as fresh rice noodles. But they were still delicious.

Whenever I cook my bulgogi dinner I would slice up some of these rice paper into small squares and the rest I use to make some pad see ew shrimp. More practical to use this rather than buying the pre-sliced pad see ew noodles. Two dishes in one is a sure winner on my budget!

Great, I've bought so many more packs! Everyone says it's very soft and breaks easily, so my method is to boil the water first, then turn off the heat and add the powder. Then quickly stir it with chopsticks and let it soak for about 2-3 minutes before taking it out. Soaking it for too long will make it break easily.

Lijiazhuang shrimp rice noodle rolls taste great, can be fried or steamed, and are a must-have for breakfast. I have bought them many times!
Good quality product with dried shrimp and green onions. It was still good even after a few days in the refrigerator. I crisped the edges of the noodles in a pan and served with oyster sauce. I would purchase this again.
