Air-fried tofu tastes much better; it has that characteristic "creamy tofu" texture. The other half, cooked in hot pot, completely lacks that "creamy tofu" texture.

The Chaimi Premium Lava Custard Filled Mooncakes had a soft, tender pastry with a rich and creamy custard center. The lava filling was smooth and sweet, with a buttery egg-custard flavor that paired nicely with the delicate outer layer. The 6-piece gift box made them convenient for sharing, serving with tea, or giving as a seasonal gift. The 360 g package provided a generous amount for several servings. The best-by date was September 26, 2026, so these are best enjoyed promptly while the texture and filling are fresh.

From China to US to Columbia, will gift it for friends family.

The packaging is great. I'll probably end up keeping the box to use later for a Christmas gifts. The mooncakes themselves taste great. I expected them to be larger, but they are reasonably sized. The only downside is that they have an expiration date of 9/26, just 3 days after receipt. 中秋节快乐
