Very good quality chicken!
A chicken frozen stiff—how big of a pot would you need?
As long as Weee doesn't run out of Longgang chicken, I'll buy it every time I place an order.

Emperor Longgang Chicken is delicious! It's great for soups and stir-fries.
I made chicken soup the day I received it. It took me ages to chop the chicken; it was so difficult. The taste was alright though.
My favorite is the Longgang chicken from Weee. It's marinated in salt and ginger for 4 hours, then stuffed with chicken drumstick mushrooms, scallions, and ginger. Line the bottom of the rice cooker with sliced scallions, ginger, and mushrooms. After cooking, press the "cook" button, then press it again or the "steam" button for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped scallions, minced ginger, a little salt, and hot oil. Enjoy!
The chickens I bought these last two times were getting thinner and thinner, only 2.5-2.6 pounds, practically skin and bones.
