Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning, it's delicious!
Loved these lamb skewers and will repurchase. A few notes, make sure it's thawed well otherwise the sticks will break and meat will fall apart. Yes, it's a bit fatty but normal. Not gamey at all.

There are 10 skewers in total. The meat is a mix of fat and lean. The outside is charred after being air-fried at 400 degrees. The taste is average. The seasoning packet is a bit sweet. However, I haven't tried authentic Yanji barbecue, so I can't judge it.

I'm speechless at this packaging. The bottom is empty; only the top half of the meat is on the skewer. Ten small skewers aren't even enough for one person. The beef itself is fine, but the price is too high.
