I bought them to make cookies, so I don't need soup dumplings; they're too sweet. They weren't cheap, but they're good for stocking up on food.
They have soup powder packets, which are delicious, but the packets contain mustard seed oil and a bunch of dextrorin; five packets contain about eight sugar cubes' worth of added sugar. I hope they sell plain Takano tofu without the powder packets.
I'm grateful because I can't get it in my neighborhood.

I’ve used dry tofu skin before, but this was my first time ordering, cooking, and possibly eating fresh yuba sheets. They were fantastic! I peeled apart and tore into chunks to stir fry with bok choi, garlic, ginger, and chili. Will definitely be ordering again.
