Great texture! I enjoy these udons better than any of the frozen options. These ones do freeze well if you can’t finish it while they’re fresh.

Good for jajangmyeon. Chewy and jist the right amount of bounciness. Also good for ramen or jjampong
As a content creator, quality is important and my udon noodles definitely stood the test. I never had them “uncooked” before and I won’t eat them no other way going forward. Texture was perfect and made an awesome gravy out of the water. Great buy!!!
