This was my first time buying and eating radish leaves. They were very fresh. After washing them thoroughly and draining them, I boiled them briefly, seasoned them with a little oil and salt, and they were surprisingly delicious. They weren't as spicy or bitter as I had imagined. The picture shows half the amount (I cooked half).
There's hardly any radish left. Is this normal? I'm not sure, but I was planning to make furikake (rice seasoning) with the leaves and dried sardines, so it's not a problem for me.
It's big and substantial. I don't think I need to go to a local market.
The delivery driver was very good, but there was one leafy vegetable in the package that wasn't spinach. I must have ordered it by mistake. Even so, the leaves look withered.

Spinach kalguksu! It's my favorite thing I've bought from weee. It's chewy and doesn't really smell like vinegar! I made really delicious soybean noodle soup.

The freshness was okay, but it was very old and got stuck in my teeth. You get what you pay for!
Currently, there is a shortage of bok choy in Taiwan, so this is used as a substitute for stir-frying alone. Topped with homemade meat rolls, it creates even more layers of flavor.
