After washing them thoroughly and draining them, I boiled them briefly, seasoned them with a little oil and salt, and they were surprisingly delicious. They weren't as spicy or bitter as I had imagined. The picture shows half the amount (I cooked half).
There's hardly any radish left. Is this normal? I'm not sure, but I was planning to make furikake (rice seasoning) with the leaves and dried sardines, so it's not a problem for me.
It's big and substantial. I don't think I need to go to a local market.

This noodle is perfect for making Zhajiangmian (noodles with soybean paste). It tastes just like fresh noodles you'd buy at a Chinese market. I would definitely repurchase it.
