This is my first time buying buckwheat noodles, so don't overcook them. They said to boil them for 40 seconds, but I boiled them for 50 seconds and the noodles all fell apart and I couldn't even eat half of them.

Morangak is seriously the best for bibim and mul-naeng. I'm repurchasing this; it's so delicious! The pollack might be a hit or miss for some people.
I think this is better than the cold noodle version. The raw fish salad had a strong fishy smell with the cold version, but the seasoning seems to mask that odor in this one. It has a subtle sesame oil scent, which makes it delicious, and it wasn't as salty as I expected, so it was really tasty.

Of all the spicy cold noodle/bibimnaengmyun, this stands out. The sauce is well balanced (bit spicier than others) and there's more than enough to fully coat the noodles for flavor, closest to restaurant quality at home. Nori/sesame seeds packet is also better portioned than others to add savoriness. Add some cucumbers, an egg, drizzle sesame oil and voila!
