Great value
It's delicious. Although it's more expensive than other tofu in terms of quantity and protein, I bought it to eat as tofu pudding. It's a bit firmer than tofu pudding, but it softens a little after heating. With ginger juice and sugar water, it's quite similar to tofu pudding.

This is a must on rotation - miso soup, can also work for soft tofu soup when you don't have that type on hand. On summer days, or just lazy, for cold tofu hiyayakko with various toppings. Of all of the tofu brands out there, this is our favorite.
