I bought the rice noodles to make fried puffed rice noodles. However, since they were frozen, they didn't puff up as nicely as fresh rice noodles. But they were still delicious.

Whenever I cook my bulgogi dinner I would slice up some of these rice paper into small squares and the rest I use to make some pad see ew shrimp. More practical to use this rather than buying the pre-sliced pad see ew noodles. Two dishes in one is a sure winner on my budget!

One thing to keep in mind is the calorie count. I think it’s actually pretty high for one serving, especially since one box probably won’t fill you up very much. The price is also a little on the expensive side, but I still think it’s worth trying at least once.
