After removing some foam in boiling the frozen oyster, I added tofu, green onion, and egg to make a soup. This 8 oz bag is plenty for 1 person but a little short for sharing between 2 people. Tasted good, and no other odor found.

The meat is large and fresh. After thawing, it should not be boiled for too long; just blanch it briefly.
