I know it sounds crazy, but this fish sauce adds umami to any dish even chicken stir fry. I am very happy with this brand. It’s pure umami and no funk.
This Korean fish sauce was very large in its size and very will made and this color was so dark and the have the very nice color and very well to make it into cooking and when cooking it made it in good saviors and nice texture added.
The packaging is perfect. I bought it for the first time to make Korean tea. Bottles and cans are tightly packed. thank you very much.
