My husband loves anchovies, so I always make stir-fried anchovies so that they don't run out. I always make it with only Haetae stir-fried anchovies! It's not greasy and it's delicious.
This fish is bigger than the ones sold in Korean supermarkets, which you can't see in the photo. It's harder to stir-fry, but the quality is OK and the price is average.

So gooooood! Made it with scrambled eggs with onions & tomato. Surprisingly both didn't stink as bad as the ones from the Philippines specially the dried squid! I did boil some water with dishwashing soap while cooking.
Just stir-frying it like that makes it incredibly delicious and goes perfectly with rice. The fish is very tasty, not too salty, and very enjoyable.
The whole family loves this for breakfast!
