The fresh young chives arrived in really good shape. The stalks are tender, bright green and crisp without any yellow wilted leaves. There is very little dirt on the roots, easy to clean. It smells strongly aromatic. Perfect for making chive filling for dumplings, stir-fry or homemade chive pancakes. The weight matches what was described. Great quality, will purchase again.

I really like that the leaves are thick, there are no brown, stale leaves mixed in, and they aren't bent or folded when packing them in the bag. They're great for homemade kimchi, dumplings, and stir-fried chives. There's about three times more in a bunch than you'd find in a Japanese supermarket.

I’m very satisfied with this purchase. One jar has a 2029 expiration date, the next 2028. They will be finished long before then. I will definitely repurchase this product.
