I originally intended it as a substitute for Whole Foods' bone in short rib to save myself the trouble of preparing it, but it was really awful... I'll just buy Whole Foods' short beef rib instead.

I made two meal kits (one for each of the two bulgogis). I added glass noodles, so my husband and I ate one meal kit for two days. Since I added vegetables, it was bland on its own, so I seasoned it with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and pepper to add more seasoning. I think I'll keep buying it. Good.

It came well packaged and didn't melt. Stir-fry it with mushrooms and vegetables and you've got bulgogi in no time.
