So good and low carb, I made abstract with these noodles and it’s delicious.
It smells a bit like seaweed. I ate it as bibim guksu.
I made like a stir fry with them. they taste good I just did not expect that texture don't expect them to be soft or act like regular noodles they're more dense . but it was very filling and I think I added too many textures but overall they don't really have a flavor as long as you wash them really thoroughly and whatever you season them with is what they taste like.
