Braised kelp is so delicious!
Don't buy it! The seaweed knots taste awful. They're mushy, have an uneven surface, and a gritty texture. They're so bad I have to give them a bad review.
It soaks very easily, and the kelp is thick and clean.
This is my second purchase. It's a must-have for making soup and stewing pork ribs. After cooking, it's just like fresh kelp!
Soak it briefly and you can wash the hot pot directly! Great! Seaweed freedom!

The package is actually not big, but it is very convenient. After soaking in water for an hour, boil it and then throw it into the braised meat pot together. It already tastes a little salty, so no additional seasoning is needed.

Kelp is good, but the knots need to be opened and washed, otherwise there will be sand.
