I boiled the beef first and cooked it with curry. I used instant pot to cook it with high pressure of 23 min and slow release for 15 min. I could cook longer next time maybe try 40 min in instant pot. But so far tastes good and will get it again.
The portion size is generous, it should be pretty good. Looking forward to the stewed meat.

The portion was generous, and the beef looked to be of good quality.
There's a huge amount. I'll be able to cook this soup several times.
I bought it to make beef stew. To be honest, I'm definitely not satisfied. The meat was tough like Indian buffalo meat from Hai Sapa, and the fat smelled terrible. Even after rinsing with lemon, salt, and baking soda, and boiling, it still smelled awful. Even simmering it for 1 hour and 15 minutes, it was still as tough as a rubber shoe sole. It was as tough as a rag with no smell at all. I will absolutely never buy it again. Anyone who says it's good is probably just deceiving themselves.
This batch, advertised as beef brisket, is mostly fatty and fragmented. I suggest not buying it; it's not worth it.
