My favorite noodle shape
I made Gamjatang and didn't have any kalguksu noodles in the broth, so I tried adding these, and they tasted pretty good. The ingredients seem clean and decent, too. They don't get too big and are chewy and tasty, so I think I should stock up on some for emergencies.
I like knife-cut noodles, and I bought them on sale. A quick boil makes a decent dinner.

I keep buying it. It's very chewy.
I still prefer to use Guanmiao noodles when making dry noodles.
I usually buy Guanmiao noodles, but this time I'm going to try Guanmiao knife-cut noodles.

It's so wonderful to be able to eat Taiwanese noodles here! They're so delicious and springy!
I bought it to try making beef noodles for the first time.
After boiling, rinse with cold water and mix with a little oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Sauté the lobster in butter and garlic, then mix in the noodles. It's very sticky!
The noodles are fragrant and chewy, very delicious.
