Good fish to pan fry. Not too much bones. Just add a little salt pan fry and if you want extra crispy, put it in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Perfect to eat with just plain white rice.

The fish was fresh and the slices were pretty thick, meaty and flaky. I marinated the slices with Shan fried fish masala and fried them nice and crispy, my family enjoyed it
