Since the thin skin has been removed, you can easily use as much as you like. I've repurchased it many times to make salads and pasta sauces. It arrives packaged in an aluminum cooler bag with a large ice pack, along with other frozen foods, so I feel safe using it.

Delicious! It wasn’t too salty in my opinion but it was a tad spicier than other versions i tried i used it to make onigiri but it would be perfect to mix with mayo to bake on top of salmon
