Pumpkin is delicious, but it's a bit expensive.
These are my first purchase of the Bei Bei pumpkin. I roasted the pumpkin slices in extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and they are so good. Though the price is a little stiff.

I received a nice sized butternut squash. Lovely and firm. I left it to ripen a little more before cooking. I made a butternut and vegetable soup with it. I have no picture to show. I’m satisfied with this produce. I’ve purchased more times than I can remember.
