The Japanese pumpkin is in great condition. Its skin is intact, and the flesh inside is dense and naturally sweet. It can be roasted, made into creamy pumpkin soup or used for baking desserts.

It about only one and a half pound we said about two and more than 2 pounds. I am not happy. I am very disappointed.
They always send you a really big one. Last time, I made a simmered dish with it and it was so sweet and delicious that my family was delighted, saying, "It feels like we've had Japanese pumpkin for the first time in a while!" So I'm ordering it again. I use half and freeze the other half.

The small pumpkin smelled musty as soon as I opened the plastic bag; mold had started growing on the base. Hopefully, it won't affect the quality of the pumpkin.
I can certainly buy it at my local supermarket, but the pumpkin I ordered from here last time was so fluffy, sweet, and delicious that I decided to order it again.

Pumpkin is delicious, but it's a bit expensive.
These are my first purchase of the Bei Bei pumpkin. I roasted the pumpkin slices in extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and they are so good. Though the price is a little stiff.
