There is plenty of meat. It seems a little bland since I added bean sprouts and octopus, but the seasoning isn't bad.
I think I ate about three meals by myself. It's good to eat with bean sprouts. The seasoning is tasty and the portion is generous.
There were 13 or 14 pieces inside, and it didn't smell bad and had a good texture. I added more bean sprouts, baby octopus, and squid to make a seafood stew. It was the best cleaned monkfish I've bought recently. As I saw in other reviews, the seasoning is a bit weak; you'll need to add a little more.
The stew is very tasty. The beef tendon is soft and fragrant. Both adults and children like it.
This braised beef is ok, but a bit salty.
