The hairtail is much thinner than I expected for the price, and I haven't tried it yet, so I don't know what it tastes like. Also, the delivery arrived after 11 PM, and they just tossed it outside without notifying me. If I hadn't looked out, wouldn't I have ended up throwing it all away in this sweltering heat?

I made braised hairtail. I boiled it for 20 minutes and it was perfectly cooked. The meat wasn't thick, but it was enough to taste the hairtail. There were four pieces, but since it wasn't a lot for two servings, I also added some seafood mix.
The ribbonfish was good; although not very big, it was quite fresh.
