I'm very disappointed that it arrived thawed.
Of all the different types of eel, this is my favorite. Most of the others have a rubbery texture.
It's delicious with both salty and sweet flavors, and can be served after heating.
Sprinkle some seaweed on top when you eat it, it's absolutely delicious!
Don't be fooled by the 9oz size; it's packed with meat and is more than enough for two people.
