I bought it once during the New Year's holiday, and since it was affordable and delicious, I wanted to eat it again and bought it again. I like to cook it in an air fryer at 395F for 3 minutes on each side, and eat it with soy sauce and sugar, seaweed, and kinako (roasted soybean flour)!

I love it and I will buy it again
I bought some mochi because I was craving it after a long time. I wish the price was a little lower, though.
this has been fun to add to various stir frys, instantly makes it a little more filling
I like eating zenzai. for my skin azuki and mochi for BK. 2 to 3 times a week. cut one mochi in 8 pieces and make 2 small bowls of zenzai. This lasts quite a long time.
Read the instructions carefully and find a good recipe. Really shelf stable and handy.

They'll puff up if you bake them in the oven for a bit. Then brush them with miso and pan-fry them again.
