The rice arrived in a cardboard box! Until now, it was delivered in bags, which was inconvenient, but this is a fantastic improvement and I'm very happy with it.

I was planning to cook a meal with some delicious rice. I received my delivery today, but when I just went to the supermarket, it was $29.99. I bought it for $40. It’s a bit upsetting that there’s a $10 difference.
It's expensive, but it's delicious rice.
I can't find any suitable rice right now, so I'll just have to make do.
There was no manufacturing date or expiration date listed, only the lot number. When I cooked it, it was unbelievably dry and crumbly. I tried various things, but it was still just plain rice. It must be old rice, probably because it was on sale. I will never buy it again and I will return it, so I want a refund.

I purchased this on August 13, 2026. The rice I received was milled on November 26, 2025, meaning it had already been milled about eight months prior to purchase. I understand that Japanese rice sold overseas takes time to circulate, but since this product was labeled "new rice" and cost $34.99 for 5kg, I expected a more recent milling date. I contacted customer service, but they replied that "it's stored in a quality-controlled environment, so there's no problem," and I couldn't return it. I think it would be much more reassuring if the milling date was available before purchase.
It's very delicious!
I love it because it is stable and delicious Japanese rice!
It was a little cheaper, so it was a good deal.
I bought it because it was on sale.
Japanese products are definitely different!
The Koshihikari rice looks good, each grain is plump. I'm going to make sushi with it on Sunday.
I was craving Japanese rice and while searching, I found this on sale, so I bought it. I'm looking forward to the taste.
Does milled rice really last this long? I think I'll finish it quickly, but I thought it would be reassuring to know when it was milled. Anyway, everyone's reviews of Japanese rice are good, so I'm looking forward to eating it.
Looks good
I've repurchased this multiple times! The quality is excellent!
